Project oversight

Due to the size of the consortium MOPACT has a dual system of project oversight.

MOPACT Steering Committee

Meeting six times during the life of the project, with ongoing electronic discussion, the Steering Committee was the key decision making body for the project, and its membership was made up of the leaders of each of project work package:

MOPACT General Assembly

Once a year all partners met for a General Assembly meeting to review progress and plan activities for the coming year. All 29 partners were represented.
